Wie geduldig ist mein Mensch? / How patient is my human?

An einem verschneiten kalten Wintermorgen habe ich mir erlaubt, auszutesten, wie geduldig und nervenstark mein Mensch ist.
Sie hatte mich die Tage vorher an ein neues Federspiel (Beuteattrappe für Flugtraining) gewöhnt. Das wollte sie nun im Freiflug testen.
Ich flog, aber nicht zum Federspiel, sondern auf einen hohen Baum.

Dort stand ich gut, mit einer grandiosen Aussicht.
Mein Mensch stand unten auf der Wiese und lockte mit Federspiel, lockte mit Küken, machte sich zum Kasper, stand, rannte, rief.
Das hatte für mich einen hohen Unterhaltungswert.
Irgendwann griff sie zum Handy und rief meinen Züchter an und bat ihn um einen Tipp. Eckard Mickisch hat immer ein offenes Ohr für ihre Fragen und steht ihr mit gutem Rat zur Seite. (Danke an dieser Stelle von meinem Menschen!)
Er sagte, sie solle daheim die gefrorene Krähe holen, die noch im Gefrierfach liegt und mich damit locken. Ich bin nämlich auf Krähen eingejagt.
Mein Azubi holte die besagte Krähe und da konnte ich nicht widerstehen und kam von meinem Aussichtspunkt geflogen und „erlegte“ die Tiefkühlkrähe.

On a snowy cold winter morning I decided to test my human’s patience and how strong her nerves are.
In the days before she had accustomed to a new lure (prey dummy for flight training). Now she wanted to test this in free flight.
I flew, but instead of flying to the lure, I landed on a high tree.

There I stood well, with a magnificent view.
My human stood down on the meadow and swung the lure, lured with chicks, made herself a Punch, stood, ran, called.
This had a high entertainment value for me.
At some point she reached for her cell phone and called my breeder and asked him for a tip. Eckard Mickisch always has an open ear for her questions and is available to her with good advice. (Thanks at this point from my human!).
He said she should get the frozen crow at home, which is still in the freezer and lure me with it.
My apprentice fetched the said crow and since I could not resist, I came flying from my loftly perch and „killed“ the frozen crow.
